Meet the President. Erica Naylor

Erica Naylor (President)

"Many of you know my story, but many of you don't. You can find it in the information section on this page. You can also find it here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BQKkb5ptS/

I first want to thank everyone who has reached out and offered prayers and donations for this cause. The donations have already moved this new endeavor into something Real.

A little background:

I am a resident of Prattville, AL and love it here; a lovely place to raise a family. My husband and I were over the moon to welcome our fourth child this coming January 2026.

Unfortunately, nature had other plans, and our son was taken too soon, August 21, 2025.

We wanted to name him Jobe before any of this happened, and now, it seems there is no other name under the sun more fitting.

Jobe.

And by this name, there will come trials, but there will follow healing. And we named this new journey, Jobe: The Road to Healing.

I have found the difficulties in burying a child go far beyond the initial shock and grief of loss, but to the actual process of burial arrangements and financial concerns. Please read my full story, it turns out, we were the lucky ones.

I find it so difficult to fathom that some women and men are emotionally left with the thought that they cannot bring their baby home; and because of this, this mission will move mountains.

Our mission is to ensure that babies born too soon for this world are treated with dignity in their passing by standing alongside parents who choose to lay their child to rest after miscarriage or stillbirth. We recognize that a proper burial is a vital part of the human experience, bringing closure while honoring the worth of every child who has entered eternal rest. We strive to lift the burden of burial arrangements and financial concerns from grieving families by providing financial support and advocates to walk with them through this difficult time, while also offering emotional support to bring comfort and compassion when it is needed most.

Honestly, with the passion that we possess, I do feel like I am capable to take on the role as President of this organization.

You have my word."
